Do you believe that the Panorama competition for Carnival 2025 in Trinidad and Tobago will be a dazzling display of captivating music? From our perspective, after listening to this new music release that showcases the talents of Olatunji, Jason "Shaft" Bishop, Len Boogsie Sharpe, and Carl "Beaver" Henderson, we enthusiastically agree. Phase II Pan Groove is likely to perform the song "Pan & Soca" at Panorama 2025. This is going to be an intriguing competition, and we can't wait for pan-niceness to start!
This song should resonate well with pan-fanatics and is well-suited for the steelpan. The perceived arrangement for this song has already caused a stir, with many speculating about Boogsie's arrangement for its release. With the song's release, Phase II of Pan Groove Pan Yard will be bustling with activity. It feels like a vibrant entrant, celebrating the rich cultural heritage and rhythmic energy that make Carnival in Trinidad and Tobago so intriguing.
The team that worked on this song is an amazing combination of talent. Written by Jason Shaft Bishop and Lennox Boogsie Sharpe and featuring musical arrangements by Boogsie Sharpe for Phase II Pan Groove, it has that feeling of promise taking the band to the promised land of Steelband Champions for Carnival. Carl "Beaver" Henderson, a renowned musician, produced and mixed the song, ensuring it becomes a favorite for Panorama 2025.
Olatunji's talent shines brightly for this music release and should head to the top of the class not only as a Panorama song selection but as a surefire party favorite. Ola's carnival energy infuses the song with an infectious rhythm. Indeed, this song has the potential to propel Phase II to new heights for this Carnival season.
On the other hand, Len "Boogsie" Sharpe possesses a remarkable musical mastery. This steelpan master of the art has a history of creating magic with his musical arrangements. There is no doubt that this coming season could bring back that magic touch and deliver the title of Large Conventional Steelband Champions to this beloved Steelband. Can you feel the energy? Are you ready for Panorama? Are you ready for "Pan & Soca?" Here we go!

On Saturday, 14th December, 2024, King Carnival is set to ignite the carnival spirit in Trinidad. We kick off the celebration with steelpan music. No, this is not the time for small, medium, or large bands, but rather for what is known as a single-pan competition. Yes, there is a "band of players," but they each play on a single instrument. As we look forward to the event, we cordially invite you to join us as 25 exceptional steel orchestras battle for the title of Single Pan Champions 2025! Despite the odd timing of this competition in December 2024, we will crown the winners as the champions of 2025!
Following an extraordinary 2024 filled with milestones for the Steelpan, we invite you to experience Panorama 2025—a night pulsing with rhythm, artistry, and the spirit of Trinidad and Tobago’s iconic national instrument. Twenty-five bands will compete to win the coveted title.
Don't miss out on this spectacular event that celebrates the vibrant culture and incredible talent of our steelpan musicians. This day will serve as a buildup for what comes next: the small, medium, and large conventional bands competition.

Bunji Garlin returns to his lyrical prowess with his new music release, "Abandon Ship." Bunji Garlin wrote the song, and N.M.G. Music produced it. It's part of his latest efforts to bring high-energy, infectious rhythms to the forefront for Carnival 2025 in Trinidad and Tobago.
Abandon Ship will surely have fans of the artist buzzing with excitement. The song has a real vibe, and the bpm is closer to the Power Soca style than the Groove Soca style. We applaud the artist and production. As we say in Trinidad, "I'm feeling this song!" "Abandon Ship" feels like a party banger; this one hits all the sweet spots for rhythm, feel, vibe, lyrics, and style.
So if you are preparing for Carnival 2025, make sure that "Abandon Ship" is on your playlist. We love the vibe, the energy, and the lyrical style that this song offers. Please don't forget to share this post on social media and comment regarding your feelings about the song. Enjoy!

There is a lot going on for this album; you will be pleasantly surprised, released for Trinidad and Tobago's 2025 Carnival. Today, we present the "Heart of Love Riddim," which boasts immense Caribbean talent from Trinidad, Jamaica, and Saint Lucia. Indeed, some of the Caribbean's finest are on this album, including Kes, Preedy, Teddyson John, Tarrus Riley, and Konshens, each contributing their unique styles to create a diverse and energetic collection of songs.
Nine Mind Entertainment and Lenkey Records, the producers of the album, celebrate our diverse Caribbean culture and music. The songs all dig deep and overflow with emotions that each artist delivers with exceptional quality and style. If you love Dancehall, then Tarrus Riley, Ajji, and Konshens deliver that flavor wrapped in a Soca package. Teddy, Kes, and Preedy, on the other hand, feel the love as they embark on a journey filled with intense emotions.
The original release of Kes' song "Talk to Me" on his MWND album in May 2024 is intriguing. We must answer the following question: Did the "Heart of Love" riddim come out of the original song, or did they just sit on the music until carnival and introduce other singers to the production? It's fascinating to consider the timeline and creative decisions behind the production. While "Heart of Love" could have been a natural evolution from "Talk to Me," it's also possible that the producers chose to hold on to the "riddim," allowing for public response to the music before integrating other artists into the mix for a more vibrant carnival experience.
From our humble perspective, each song on the "Heart of Love" album stands out as a hit independently and could become another standout track for Carnival 2025.With infectious beats and uplifting lyrics, the album captures the spirit of Carnival, guaranteed to get everyone dancing. We love what we're hearing, and albums rarely have songs that aren't "album fillers." Congratulations on your accomplishment. What are you awaiting? Please proceed to play and relish the "Heart of Love Riddim." Don't forget to share this post and leave your comments about the album.
