Bunji Garlin returns to his lyrical prowess with his new music release, "Abandon Ship." Bunji Garlin wrote the song, and N.M.G. Music produced it. It's part of his latest efforts to bring high-energy, infectious rhythms to the forefront for Carnival 2025 in Trinidad and Tobago.

Abandon Ship will surely have fans of the artist buzzing with excitement. The song has a real vibe, and the bpm is closer to the Power Soca style than the Groove Soca style. We applaud the artist and production. As we say in Trinidad, "I'm feeling this song!" "Abandon Ship" feels like a party banger; this one hits all the sweet spots for rhythm, feel, vibe, lyrics, and style.

So if you are preparing for Carnival 2025, make sure that "Abandon Ship" is on your playlist. We love the vibe, the energy, and the lyrical style that this song offers. Please don't forget to share this post on social media and comment regarding your feelings about the song. Enjoy!

There is a lot going on for this album; you will be pleasantly surprised, released for Trinidad and Tobago's 2025 Carnival. Today, we present the "Heart of Love Riddim," which boasts immense Caribbean talent from Trinidad, Jamaica, and Saint Lucia. Indeed, some of the Caribbean's finest are on this album, including Kes, Preedy, Teddyson John, Tarrus Riley, and Konshens, each contributing their unique styles to create a diverse and energetic collection of songs.

Nine Mind Entertainment and Lenkey Records, the producers of the album, celebrate our diverse Caribbean culture and music. The songs all dig deep and overflow with emotions that each artist delivers with exceptional quality and style. If you love Dancehall, then Tarrus Riley, Ajji, and Konshens deliver that flavor wrapped in a Soca package. Teddy, Kes, and Preedy, on the other hand, feel the love as they embark on a journey filled with intense emotions.

The original release of Kes' song "Talk to Me" on his MWND album in May 2024 is intriguing. We must answer the following question: Did the "Heart of Love" riddim come out of the original song, or did they just sit on the music until carnival and introduce other singers to the production? It's fascinating to consider the timeline and creative decisions behind the production. While "Heart of Love" could have been a natural evolution from "Talk to Me," it's also possible that the producers chose to hold on to the "riddim," allowing for public response to the music before integrating other artists into the mix for a more vibrant carnival experience.

From our humble perspective, each song on the "Heart of Love" album stands out as a hit independently and could become another standout track for Carnival 2025.With infectious beats and uplifting lyrics, the album captures the spirit of Carnival, guaranteed to get everyone dancing. We love what we're hearing, and albums rarely have songs that aren't "album fillers." Congratulations on your accomplishment. What are you awaiting? Please proceed to play and relish the "Heart of Love Riddim." Don't forget to share this post and leave your comments about the album.

Are you feeling the vibe that is beginning to captivate the hearts and minds of Trinidadians? It is carnival time again, and new music from DJ Private Ryan is a welcome sign that things are about to explode musically. DJ Private Ryan and Terri Lyons have released a new song today, "Forward"! We think you are going to enjoy this one.

The direction of the music can sometimes condense and capture the energy and vibe of Soca in a feeling of euphoria. This song peels away complicated music production and lays bare a rhythm that is clothed in Baptist rhythms and chants that celebrate the rich cultural heritage of our homeland, Trinidad and Tobago. DJ Private Ryan's production is excellent, making this one a 'take note of' musical experience.

Most readers of this blog are aware that Terri Lyons is my favorite female vocalist out of Trinidad and Tobago. The reason I love to listen to her started with "Smile," a song she did with Ataklan, but then she showed her versatility as a Calypsonian, a superb Soca singer, and also someone who can sing just about anything. She is awesome on stage and delivers live performances with excellence. When you listen to "Forward," the rhythm of the music production initially captivates you, but Terri's soothing yet powerful vocals captivate you without you realizing it. Terri's mesmerizing vocals and her ability to add emotion to the listening experience are evident throughout this song. I am confident that Terri's fans will surely have a lot to say in support of this production.

This is just another Soca music release; it is a celebration of life, music, and culture of a people who have given so much to the world. We belong to a small island, but our creativity has given back so much that our culture is a standout in the Caribbean Basin.

Yes, it's carnival time again, a time to let go of all inhibitions. This is a moment when the genuine cultural identity of the people becomes evident. So, as we move "Forward" with DJ Private Ryan and Terri Lyons, let's celebrate life. Let's live, love, be happy, and simply celebrate the joy of life. It is Carnival time again, and with this new music release from DJ Private Ryan x Terri Lyons, we are ready for Mas!
